Like all of our coffees, we guarantee that this Costa Rican ORG. will be freshly roasted when you order one. All of our coffees vary slightly in the roasting process, but each roast of this Costa Rican ORG. will have a similar taste to its description. This coffee is roasted to the recommended medium roast, which balances the floral tastes with the chocolatey and nutty flavors.
We provide our coffee in 6 oz bags and 12 oz bags. Also, we require you to select a grind level for the coffee. Keep in mind that whole beans (unground coffee), will preserve its flavor for longer. Because of this, we highly recommend that you select the “whole beans” option if you have a grinder at home. If you would like your coffee ground, we will grind your coffee to the selected grind level. Choose “drip grind” if you make drip coffee. Select “coarse grind” if you make a French press. Finally, choose the fine grind if you make espresso.
